About

The Manoux’s

Our family of seven kids (6 boys & 1 girl) grew up in Santa Barbara, California. As youths we spent our summers working the Hope Ranch Beach Snack Bar as well as a family run summer camp called, Lé Camp. Due to our proximity in age and similarity in appearance, we were easily identified as a “Manoux” by locals. Our family tree has some noteworthy branches. Our maternal great-great-uncle was early film and animation producer Amadee J. Van Beuren (our great-grandfather’s brother). Another maternal great-grandfather, Alejandro Berea Rodrigo, was a Spanish consul, and our great-great-grandfather was conductor and instrumentalist, Canuto José Berea Rodríguez. Our father’s family, surnamed Bujuklian, is Armenian. Our mother is of Galician Spanish and French-Irish descent.
